Thanks to the teams, audience, sponsors and volunteers, South Asian Showdown 2012 was a resounding success! Sponsors were happy, the audience was sold out for the 3rd straight year, the volunteers were fanastic and our teams were phenomenal! Thank you for all of your support as without you, we would never have gotten to this level of success!

All of our teams performed at very high caliber, but unfortunately only a select few could be deemed our champions. The placings were:

Bhangra First Place - Cornell Bhangra
Garba/Raas First Place - UMD EntouRaas
Fusion/HFD 1st Place - Broad Street Baadshahz
Fusion/HFD 2nd Place - TIE - Brown Badmaash & CU Dhoom
Overall Winner - Broad Street Baadshahz
